Prosperity Retreat - Winter in Windsor

What a wonderful, wild weekend! The group connected at a whole new level. As one participant commented, "this is the most fun I've had since the last retreat!"

Everyone braved the elements to drive to Windsor, CA in a winter storm, and we all made it safely. The super-plushy units and warm fire were extremely inviting, especially after the epic journey. Here are Kim & Luane, happy to be warm & cozy at last.

Kim worked miracles and arranged for nutritionist & whole foods chef Jennifer Brewer join us in Windsor as our personal chef for the weekend. Even the carnivores in the group enjoyed her nourishing vegetarian meals.

Jen surprised and delighted us with fancy snacks in addition to fabulous meals. One day it was homemade scones straight out of the oven, and the next day it was fresh fruit dipped in warm chocolate. Yum!

Playing the Abounding River Game... learning a lot about ourselves and each other. We'll never look at a tuna sandwich the same way again - that's for sure!

Doreen, sharing her vision board with the group.

This was the first workshop I led since I met with Jennifer Butler, so it was the perfect opportunity to debut my new wardrobe. Pre-Jennifer, it would never have occurred to me to wear this outfit. Now, I love it.

Here is our uber-hot group with vision boards (Back Row: Kim, Luane, & Pat. Front Row: Doreen, Devin, PJ, Pamela, Heather & Kristi).

Wow, as I read over this post it seems like all we did was play and eat.

We also learned a lot about real estate investing & prosperity consciousness, too. Really. I promise.

And on Sunday, we had our super mastermind session to create each participant's action plan for the next 90 days.

What Do The Colors You Wear Communicate?

When I saw how Jennifer Butler transformed the image of my friend, Sharla Jacobs (of Rejuvenate Training), I couldn’t wait to have a consultation myself!

I was totally confused about what my colors were. Was I an “Autumn?” Was I a “Winter?”

Below is a picture of Jennifer with me and my beautiful unique color palette. I’m so excited that purple is one of my colors!

According to Jennifer, the natural coloring of your hair, eyes and skin not only determines what colors to wear but also reveals a lot about your personality.

To find out more about what type I am and what that says about me, read on…

Here’s an excerpt from Jennifer’s website that explains more about what she does:

"See how your clothes can be more than a collection of colors and fabrics – a true expression of your genuine essence and personality. See how your “style” can powerfully impact how the world interprets who you are and what you are up to.

Up to 55% of communication is visual. In order to be seen and heard 100% there must be congruence between your inner self, your message, and your external presentation."

Naturally, I was fascinated. Of course I wanted my outsides to match my insides.

So here’s what I found out…

I’m what Jennifer calls an “Exotic Winter.”

Here’s what she says about the Winter personality on her website:

"Dramatic, the observer, reflection. Striking, timelessness, awe inspiring, silhouette, silence.

In the Winter personality we see outer containment, contrasted with the exciting inner dynamic. Winters are abstract thinkers who love culture and the arts, and who represent our finest values in life. Winters are known for being distinguished and for distinguishing themselves, often in the arts and in the art of fine living. The Winter personality is calm and sometimes distant or removed, but with an inner excitement.

The Winter woman is the priestess and moon goddess. Winter women have the ability to deliver the abstractions of life, which are fine values, high principles and masterful living. Jackie Onassis and Peggy Fleming are good of examples of the Winter woman."

Awe inspiring… goddess… masterful living… sounds good to me!
