Rick is one of my rock star clients - he recently completed my 90 Days to Your First Deal program, bought a house for $9,000 (NOT the downpayment... $9,000 was the whole purchase price!), and put $20k of repairs into it, bringing it up to a value of $55,000 - $60,000. Now he can sell it at a profit or keep it for cashflow.
But not only is he a rock star in real estate, he is a true ROCK STAR!
I got to see him rock out at the party he held at his new studio. He also brought some of his guitar students up on stage to show off. For my friends in the Bay Area that want to learn how to play the guitar, Rick is The Man. These kids were awesome!
Rick had just been to New Orleans so he brought back Mardi Gras beads and made gumbo for everyone. Here he is with one of his students.
